SILENCE will process your personal data for the period necessary to comply with the purposes established in this Policy and/or for the purposes for which they were collected, as well as to keep your personal information in compliance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, especially in relation to the legal prescription periods, and for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
