SCUTUM LOGISTIC, S.L. (hereinafter SILENCE), a company dedicated to the design, development, manufacture and after-sales service of urban electric vehicles and located in the province of Barcelona, our main mission is to offer our customers a product manufactured in a sustainable manner, based on quality and environmental standards in accordance with current ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements.
For this, the Integrated Management System is based on the commitment of the SILENCE Management to:
- Promote continuous improvement at all levels of the company, establishing quality and environmental performance indicators. Analyze the context changes that may occur around our organization and its market, to adapt it to the present, always ensuring our competitiveness and continuity over time.
- Maintain an ethical commitment with all interested parties, based on trust and cooperation, to continue offering a quality, personalized and pioneering product in the market, paying special attention to the requirements of our clients and their feedback, since for SILENCE the satisfaction of our clients is a fundamental pillar.
- Protect the environment and prevent pollution derived from its activities, as well as minimize the environmental impact during its activity by improving the technologies used and, always taking into account sustainability criteria in our management system to promote efficient use of available natural resources.
- Provide, guarantee and watch over the Safety and Health of workers by providing adequate, safe and healthy working conditions.
- Raise awareness, train and sensitize all employees, both in environmental matters and in the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, as well as provide the necessary resources for the proper functioning of the System.< /li>
- For the effective application of these principles, it undertakes to disseminate this policy among all collaborators, thus ensuring the knowledge and understanding of all the interested parties of the organization and their global commitment.</ li>
